We can provide a “Away” or “All Off” button at the mudroom door that turns all of the home’s lights and audio/video equipment off as you leave. It also allows the home’s subsystems to work together to be more energy efficient. For example, when the home is not occupied, we can automatically raise or lower the motorized shades to either allow the sun’s thermal energy to help heat a home or reject it to help keep it cool based on wether the thermostat is currently heating or cooling the home. We can also automatically turn of the exterior lights on at sunset and turn them off at sunrise. Climate control and schedule programming is available from in-wall touch panels, tablets or mobile devices while at home or away.
